Common shipping methods for Stockx Kicks are: DHL / EMS / USPS / FEX / UPS / Express.
1. When your payment is successful, we will send you the package confirmation information via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours, please check and reply carefully.
2. After you confirm the information, within a few days (according to the stock of shoes, most will be within 2 working days, a small part will need to wait a few days) we will send you QC (shoe pictures). We will ship after you confirm QC.
4. Arrived 10-20 days after confirming QC.
5. If you have any requirements for the order, please tell us in the order message.
After you confirm the QC (shoe pictures) message, our shipment usually takes 10-25 days (so be sure to check and reply to our customer messages from gmail or whatsapp).
After the package is shipped, we will send you a shipping diagram.
Note: For tracking numbers, it may take a few days for them to become active on the tracking website. We will upload the waybill number to the website, click on your order to check the logistics. Or we will also send you the website to check the logistics and tracking number.
